"Yes ma'am, I understand my instructions." Paxton gets on the broom zooming on up, chasing the key around for a minute or two and finally grabs the key, landing down gracefully, and sticking it in the keyhole, opening the next door. "Bada bing, bada boom, there ya go." Paxton gives Willow a smug grin.

"good job, Paxton!" Willow walks through the next door, and immediately comes to the Wizard's chess. "Professor, i think this is where you come in!" she exclaims.

Professor Sullivan walks over to the chessboard. "This'll take a while, so sit down and rest for the time being."

Willow sits down against the wall, knees drawn up to her chest. "i cannot believe this." she says, eyes distant.

Paxton peers at Willow, curiously, "Believe what? That we're the chosen ones? Nah, that's like, average Hogwarts stuff-"

"it isn't normal... I didn't think something like this would happen, let alone in our first year!" Willow rambles on.

"But isn't it awesome though? You are following in your idol's legacies." Paxton explains.

"true..." Willow says, looking at Paxton and smiling.

Paxton grins back, "It's kind of overwhelming when you think about it. But a good kind of overwhelming! Y'know?"

"yea. i just thought i would be just a normal student who knew way too much about Harry Potter..." Willow chuckles.

"Guess all that knowledge is coming in handy then." Paxton says, fiddling with his fingers.

"how are you handling it?" Willow asks, tilting her head slightly.

"Nervous that we might die... excited for the adventure!" Paxton exclaims.

Willow looks out at the giant chessboard, watching the Professor. "do you still think he might be some kind of evil...?" she asks.

"Nah, he's a good guy. The creepy vibes have gone away, perhaps he's just an introvert." Paxton waves his hand dismissively.
