The niece smiled in a polite manner, "His grandmother, my aunt." She corrected Belladonna. "And we know. Aunt Nora notified us about it." She stands up and offers a handshake. "I'm Lydia. And my cousin here is Austin."
Belladonna shook Lydia's hand, nodding to Austin in acknowledgement. "It's nice to meet you. Your aunt mentioned something about a rare gem called Painite, I believe. Can you tell me anything about it?" -
"Painite, is the rarest gem and is only forged in the South. We are in the West. So, we must cross over to their land." Austin explains.

“Um, left alone is fine!” Ollie said quickly. They really didn’t want Zaviyar in their room; they were afraid they’d accidentally say something to let him in on what Fear had said.

"Alright, well, try to get some sleep. And uh, sweet dreams, Ollie." Zaviyar walks away and goes back to his private quarters.

"Forged?" Belladonna asked quizzically. She had thought it was a naturally occurring gem. Going on a journey to the South with strangers...she was grateful that she knew how to defend herself, in case they should turn on her.

"They can only be found in the South." Lydia says. "The whole rock cycle thing..."

"Right," Belladonna said, biting her lip anxiously. "You guys look really prepared. I'm afraid I haven't really packed much."

"It's okay! We always have a spare." Lydia hands Belladonna a big backpack full of supplies.

Ollie sat in silence, racking their brain for any clues Fear might have let out. They remembered nothing. Suddenly, they recalled Fear talking about their coworkers, saying they were also here. “Does that mean here here?” they said to themself. “Or just… around?”

-Then morning comes-Emorette knocks on Ollie's door, enthusiastically. "Wakey wakey, sleepyhead! It's morning now, ya gotta wake up!"

Belladonna stumbled for a moment under the sudden weight. "Right, I'll just grab a few things from my apartment then."

"You mean, your hotel room?" Austin asks. "Aren't you a newcomer here?" Lydia inquires.
