Devin nodded, tucking his tail and ears.

Sakura smiled. "I love you."

"I love you too," He said, tail curled under his belly and ears flat down against his head.

Sakura smiled. She wanted him to see that she's ok.

Devin saw her smile and smiled back.

Sakura snuggled up with him and fell asleep.

Devin dropped the facade and quickly got back to the hospital room, where he set her on the bed and curled up on the floor, half hidden under the bed, crying.

Sakura smiled in her sleep. "What's wrong?" Aki asked.

Devin whined and covvered his face with his tail. "I-I f**ked up. I ruin things and almost ruined me and Mama's relationship."

"Oh. Well, don't worry. She forgave you." Aki said hugging him.

Devin accepted the hug but was still crying. "What if I go too far one time and she doesn't want to be with me anymore?"

"We'll have to see." Aki said smiling.

Devin lifted his head and sighed heavily. "Okay."

Sakura kept turning in her sleep. She kept screaming in terror.

Devin jumped and whimpered climbing on the bed and laying next to her.
