(all good!)
“Alright, follow me,” August smiled brightly, starting down the hall with Dream right behind him.
“I’d love to learn,” Sapnap smiled. -
(I hate misgendrring people, so it's just a habit!)
George followed Dream, reaching for his hand.
Quackity nodded. "I can start teaching you guys some. Just, depends on if you want to be as fluent as I am or not."
Karl nodded. "I think it would help. That way we don't need you to translate everything you say." -
(i gotcha, it’s all good!)
Dream took George’s hand, smiling and squeezing it.
“Right here,” August said, turning in.
“I know,” Dream said, chuckling.
“And I know that, I was talking to George,” Tgey quipped back playfully.
“Yeah, I would love that,” Sapnap smiled brightly. -
George chuckled. "I used to live here. I was Dream's advisor. I know where the armory is!" He said, laughing a little.
Quackity blushed. "I- god, you two. I have my hands full don't I? You at least know a little right, Sap?"
Karl smiled. "Te Amo means I love you. I know that!" -
August flushed in embarrassment. “Well- okay, you weren’t in the armoire that often, okay? But look-“ They rushed before anyone could accuse them further. “I expanded and got more swords.”
“Hey, these are nice swords,” Dream said, taking one down and inspecting it.
“Made them myself,” August said proudly.
“I can translate more than Karl, yeah,” Sapnap smiled. “It’s hard to make a sentence though.” -
George felt a little guilty. He didn't mean to sound like he was accusing August.
Quackity smiled. "That's fine. I can teach you guys."
Karl smiled. "Yay!!" -
“Really?” Dream smiled brightly.
“Taught by the best,” August said, smiling brightly as well.
“You’ve obviously improved since I last taught you,” Dream said proudly.
“Awesome!” Sapnap said, excited. -
George smiled. "Now my opinion on this has changed. Dream, August is like a little sibling to you. At least, that's what I'm seeing."
Quackity smiled. "We can start basic, but it's gonna take a while. Depending on how you learn, writing it down for you might be easier."
Karl smiled. "I can write it down. That way I don't forget." -
Dream chuckled. “Maybe, I guess.”
“Hey, I’m technically older than him!” August stepped in, laughing.
“By a month!” Dream countered playfully.
“Yeah, that sounds like a good idea,” Sapnap said. -
George laughed. "Well, you still seem like siblings! I say this because Dream doesn't hug people much. Nor does he joke around like he does with you!"
Quackity smiled. "Then why don't we start tomorrow? We can go over the alphabet today and start on words tomorrow."
Karl nodded. "Yeah, that'll work!" -
Dream flushed. “Well, I have known them for a while-”
“Yeah, only like, basically twenty years,” August playfully quipped back, chuckling.
“Sounds awesome!” Sapnap smiled. -
"That long? So you grew up together?" George asked softly, smiling at his fiancé.
Quackity smiled. "You are amazing. I can already tell you two are going to learn quick."
Karl smiled brightly, glancing at Sapnap. "Could we maybe use your journal for this? Mine is specifically designated to time travel." -
“Yeah, we’ve known each other for too long,” Dream said sarcastically, scoffing.
“Woah woah woah, you’re the one who wanted to be friends, not me!” August laughed.
“Dang, our personalities have switched over the years, huh?” Dream chuckled.
“Oh, yeah,” Sapnap nodded. “I was thinking we could get a fresh one-“ -
George chuckled. "I love this. This is just amazing. The only time Dream is this happy that I've seen has been with me since we got together. I enjoy hearing you smile."
Quackity nodded. "Yeah, we can do that. The alphabet is basically the same as English, just pronounced different."
Karl nodded, humming softly. "Oh, so is it easy?" -
Dream flushed, hanging his head for a moment.
“Man, you’ve got him wrapped around your finger, huh?” August chuckled, stage-whispering to George.
“Doesn’t sound too hard,” Sapnap said.
