Quackity sneered at Dream before answering. "I'm fine with it. As long as Pogtopia doesn't get involved." He said quietly, venom laced in his final sentence.
George frowned. "N-no, Pogtopia won't have anything to do with this treaty." He responded quickly. -
Dream chuckled quietly, chuckling quietly.
Sapnap frowned. “Guys, just- calm down.” -
Karl took Quackity's hand, gently squeezing it. "It'll be fine, Quackity. Relax."
Quackity curled his lip a bit but leaned back against the couch. "Fine, fine. What're you waiting for?"
George got a little jumpy, sighing. "I guess for you to okay the treaty."
Quackity rolled his eyes. "I'm fine with it." -
Dream tapped George’s back with two fingers. He did not like how upset Quackity was getting.
Sapnap frowned, crossing his arms. -
George looked back at Dream and nodded. "It's directed at you, not me." He whispered, taking Dream's hand.
Quackity snorted, tugging at his beanie. He glanced over at Sapnap and tilted his head. -
“Alright, so I say we move to the dining room?” Sapnap says. “I can grab some paper and quills and stuff and we can get to writing?”
-
George nodded. "That would work. Thank you."
Karl smiled. "I'll take them down there. Quackity? Who are you coming with? Me or Sapnap?"
Quackity paused, glancing at Dream before looking at Sapnap. "You." He said quietly, standing. -
Dream rolled his eyes, thankful for the mask.
Sapnap nodded, quickly exiting the room and heading for Karl’s office, where he knew he could find supplies. -
Karl managed a shaky smile before taking Quackity's hand and walking out of the room, heading for the dining room. "Follow me, Dream, George."
Quackity muttered a very unflattering phrase in Spanish as he passed Dream, otherwise making no negative movement.
George sighed, a little on edge. He squeezed Dream's hand, following Karl and Quackity. "Why is he so hostile towards you?" He asked quietly. -
Dream shrugged. “Probably because he knows he cant beat me.” He whispered.
-
George frowns. "Makes sense. He wouldn't be this hostile if you weren't here, because most of his looks or comments are directed at you..." He whispered back.
-
“True, still,” Dream said with a shrug.
-
George sighed, gently squeezing Dream's hand.
Karl pushed open the doors to the dining room, going to the chair at the head of the table. He gestured for Quackity to sit next to him. "You two can sit wherever. Except right here. Sapnap sits here." He said quietly, gesturing to the open seat next to him. -
Dream nodded slowly, sitting down and letting George sit nearest to Karl, with the empty seat reserved for Sapnap in between.
Sapnap came in soon after, carrying three scrolls and small bowls of in with quills. “Here we go.” -
George smiled at Sapnap, taking one of the scrolls and opening it. He thought for a moment before speaking. "I do need to take these back with me, so if you want copies, I could make them." He said. "That goes for you too, Dream, if you want a copy of your treaty."
Quackity shrugged. "I could care less. It's a treaty and as far as I care, it can stay with you."
Karl shrugged. "That's up to Sapnap for us. I won't remember either way."
