( oh okay, thats alr)
“Okay, okay, deep breaths,” Skeppy said.
“George,” Dream sighed, slumping onto his elbows onto the desk. “If you feel like it’s necessary, we can go. But the first sign of hostility or any threatening, on my terms, you have to promise we leave that moment.” -
Gold sighed weakly, inhaling deeply and exhaling carefully. He dropped his head down on SKeppy's shoulder, relaxing.
Bad smiled, gesturing for Skeppy to bring Gold back over to the bed.
George nodded. "Well, think of the last time anyone got a letter from Manberg. That didn't go well, did it?" -
Skeppy nodded, gently standing and lifting Gold with him and walking back to the bed. He placed Gold down.
“Yeah,” Dream nodded. “What are you trying to say?” -
Gold whimpered, quickly tensing and whining. "What're you doing?"
Bad sighed, gently hugging Gold. "It's alright, Gold. He's gonna stay here, I promise."
"Just that maybe it would be better for me to go myself. Any sign of hostility, your call, and we leave. Compromise? You'd be with me every step of the way." George said quietly. -
“We’re just laying in bed,” Skeppy said. “It’s okay.”
Dream hesitated before nodding with a sigh. “If you find it necessary, then that’s what we’ll do. I trust you.” -
Gold nodded, secretly cursing himself for being so clingy. "O-okay..."
Bad gently brushed Gold's hair back. "We won't leave you, Gold. That's a promise."
"You can be as prepared as you want. I want to be there to explain. There's no malice or evil thought behind anything." George said, carefully signing each letter. -
“Yeah,” Skeppy agreed, nodding.
Dream nodded. “So when would we leave?” -
Gold curled up, giving up on trying to have an okay day and let himself cry again. He could tell that he was going to be clingy all day and probably randomly breakdown.
Bad gently rubbed Gold's back. "Hey, hey, don't cry, it's okay."
George sighed. "Today, tomorrow. Whenever you like. I just need to notify Tommy first." -
“Unless you need to cry, which it’s okay to,” Skeppy said.
“I can do that for you, if you want,” Dream said. “Would we be staying in Kinoko? Or would it be a there and back all-day sorta thing?” -
"I'm just gonna have a day today... I'm gonna be stuck to one of you and I'll be crying a lot. I did this to Lem once, but hurt xem so I've stopped having these little breakdown days..." Gold whispered, tears streaking his face. "I would ask if you could get xem for me, but xey worry too much..."
Bad nodded, understanding where Gold was coming from. He certainly had days where he wasn't himself.
"Well, see-" George paused and shook his head. "I don't want to travel at night. I'd rather we spend the night in Kinoko and then come back the next morning. Is that alright?" -
“Hey, yeah, that’s totally fine,” Skeppy said with a nod.
Dream nodded. “Should we show up uninvited and just stay for a night? What if it goes poorly?” -
Gold sniffled, trying his best to maintain some level of reason. "I-is it okay if I-I st-stay with y-you, Un-uncle Ske-Skeppy?' Like a-all da-day?"
Bad frowned, wanting nothing more than to help Gold.
"Okay- well then," George sighed. "We make it a day trip. Leave and try to be back same day." -
“Of course,” Skeppy said. “And you can stay with Bad, too.”
“We can stay, I just feel like we should send something in advance?” Dream said. “I feel like I wouldn’t like it if someone showed up in my kingdom unexpectedly, I guess-“ -
Gold nodded, trying to avoid giving himself a panic attack. "I-I- I'm glad yo-you tolerate me. E-even more th-th-tha-than that. That you lo-lo-love me."
Bad nodded, smiling. "Of course, Gold. I love you, and only want you to be happy."
"See - if we're sending something before, what's the use of going ourselves?" George asked, the whole thing no longer making sense to him. -
“Yeah, Gold, and we always will,” Skeppy promised.
Dream sighed, standing. “Fine, we’ll leave in an hour. And we’ll risk staying over?”
