"Okay, I- I love you." Dream whispered, knowing he wouldn't get a response. -

George stirred awake slightly, squeezing his eyes shut and curling further into a ball. -
"Good morning, sleeping beauty-" Clay said, only being slightly sarcastic. He'd woken up about an hour ago, but refused to move so he wouldn't wake George up.

George hummed with a dry chuckle to his statement. "Good morning, idiot-"

"Oof-" Clay said as he released George and sat up. "That actually hurt a little bit-"

"I'm sorry-" George said immediately, eyes opening as he turned his head to look at Clay.

Clay smiled down at George. "It's okay, Gogs."

George blew out a breath in relief, shifting to lay on his back and rub his eyes.

Clay chuckled quietly as he shifted his gaze upward, toward the sky. "Oh shoot...George I think it's going to rain-" -

"Just- close the door," George said shifting to sit up and do it himself. "We'll be fine in the tent, right?" -

"Do you not want to?" George asked, pausing for a moment to glance at Clay. -

Clay nervously peered up at the sky and then back down at George. "I'm just worried about a storm. I didn't check the weather or anything so I don't know-" -

"We can go in, then," George said.
