"Why nottt," Georg whined, chuckling quietly.
"Aw," Nick said quietly. "Well, we're almost to the car." -
"Because, mine now." Clay said simply.
"Okay." Karl muttered. -
George scoffed, pulling his phone out from his pocket and quickly texting Matthew.
George
gn, i love you
sleep well!
Nick kept his arms around Karl, gently leading him. -
Matthew grabbed his phone and glanced at the notification, rolling his eyes once he saw it was George.
Matthew
ilty
BTW I'll be at my parent's house this week
Clay glanced at George's phone and saw he was texting Matthew. He held George a little closer and sighed. -
George
oh okay
George repsonded, quickly changing over to Wilburs text. Like the responsible adult he was, he was going to ask someone to check in on his plants
George
hey Wil
could you water some plants for me while I'm gone
and just overall make sure i haven't been robbed while i'm gone? -
Clay shifted George again so that his head was resting on Clay's shoulder. It was easier that way, he found. "Are you alright?" He asked softly
-
"Yeah," George said with a nod, looking back to his phone as he got a response.
Wilbur
sure
but i'm doing it in the morning
gn
George chuckled at his response, texting back a quick good night himself. -
Clay reached the car but didn't bother setting George down. He opened the car door and put George in the passenger seat.
Karl looked up at Nick and smiled. "What are we doing for dinner or something?" He asked quietly. -
"Idiot," George said with a scoff, looking at Dream as he pocketed his phone and buckled up.
"I think there's food at the house," Nick stated, climbing into the backseat. "But Clay's driving, so ask him-" -
"Ouch- Am I not allowed to be a gentleman?" Clay retorted.
Karl sat down next the Nick and almost immediately fell asleep. -
"No," George said with a shake of his head.
Nick rested his head on Karl's head, dozing off himself. -
"And why is that?" Clay asked as he shut the door and walked around the car. He climbed into the driver's seat. And gave George a pointed look.
-
"Because forcing someone to be carried and putting them in the car is not very gentlemanly," George explained.
-
"You didn't seem to hare it THAT much." Clay said defiantly. He started the car and pulled out of the parking lot. "In fact you seemed to have a splendid time."
-
"Only because I didn't have to walk," George stated. "But my 'personal bubble' was invaded."
