I haven't completely thought through the plot, but here's what I have so far
C1, a feisty young adult, is your typical human being. She's currently in college to accomplish her life-long dream.
But all of that flips completely upside down.
C2 is the Capo, the underboss of the Mafia of that particular city. He's attending the same college as C1, just to cover himself up.
Now, C1 is walking to work which is at a local pub, when she passes an empty building (probably a warehouse or something). She hears something suspicious, but instead of calling the police, goes to investigate herself. C1 sees things that should have been left unseen.
C2 sees her there, watching and interfering, sokidnaps her, and where will our characters go from there?
I'd prefer to be C2 -

Ophelia walked to work, her gaze out in front of her as she walked. Working at the pub wasn't necessarily the best job, but it paid nicely, so it'll have to do. She hummed as she continued forward, her hands in the pockets of her jacket. -
Matthew faced the man in front of him. The man was tied up, his expensive suit absolutely ruined. He wore a face of triumph, despite the horrid situation he was in.
Matthew leaded his gun slowly. "You shouldn't have done that," he calmly told the man. -
Ophelia took a turn, heading down the sidewalk. She paused, hearing some noises in an empty building to her side. She turned and walked closer, slowly opening the door. Wait, maybe I should call the cops or something before I go in, she thought, standing at the open door. She paused, her curiosity growing. Okay, maybe a peek wouldn't hurt. She smirked and walked inside quietly.

A shout of pain emanated from the room they were in.
"Gentle," Matt softly chided Luke for hitting the man so hard, a shadow of a chuckle on his voice. "We want him to look decent for what will happen next."
Luke gave him a nod in understanding.
Matthew turned to the man. "Are you ready, Mr. Bonnetti?" -
Ophelia walked in and hid behind a pillar, looking to see a few people in the large room. She watched for a moment, waiting to see what would happen next and if she should call anyone for help.

Bonneti was bruised, and his hands were tied behind his back. He glared at Matthew. "Really, you don't think anything you could do more could be worse?" he scoffed. He had actually been through more things with these people since they kept him hostage than he looked.
Matthew gave him an evil smirk. "You have no idea," he said quietly.
