Matthew was silent for a few seconds. Then he asked, "How much did you see?" -
( oop- rip )
"Not uh, a lot?" Ophelia said hesitantly. -
Matthew narrowed his eyes at her. It was a look that most people fell under, making them tell the truth. It carried threats that could definitely be carried out if he wanted to.
He knew she had at least seen the killing of Bonnetti and his family, but he wasn't sure how much more beyond that. -
"Okay, I may have seen you kill that guy and his family. And a but before that, but that's it."

Matt nodded. He didn't accept lies, you lied and you were punished at one point or another.

Ophelia exhaled, staring at her lap as she attempted to calm herself. This is fine. I'll call the cops if I can find a phone, or get my own back. Everything will be a-okay.

They arrived at the house. This time Nick grabbed her, but he was gentler than Luke. They brought her to a bedroom and locked the door.

"Great, locked in a bedroom. Nothing bad comes from that at all," she muttered sarcastically, running a hand through her hair.

A few hours later Matthew walked in. "Do you need anything?" he asked.

"I'd very much like to be freed, but other than that, no."

"Ah, I nearly forgot," Matthew lied. "There's a very simple way to get out of here."

"Reall?" Ophelia asked, looking over to Matthew.

"Oh yes," Matthew sat next to Ophelia. "Just sign some papers, and we'll give you some money to stay silent."
He didn't give her the catch.
