When they were done they left her bandaged on the bed asleep, "she'll be fine." Said one of the healer's to Ash. -
A bit later, Tessa woke up. She saw Ash and started to scramble away from him when she let out a shout of pain

He stood there watching her and when she woke up and scrambled away he felt a pang of sadness and pain in his heart. "Hey." He said as he tried to think of what to say to make her angry.

Tessa glared at him. "What happened?" she asked.

"You fell." He said as he crossed his arms.

"So why am I not dead," Tessa asked.

"Because they put you back together." He replied.

"Why?" Tessa demanded. You said if I tried to escape I'd end up dead. Well, I'm not dead."

"It wasn't my decision, so don't ask me that." He asked with a glare and he forced her to stand up by grabbing her broke arm.

"Ow! Tessa shouted. "Let go of me!" The pain was shooting up her arm. There were tears in her eyes that threatened to fall, but none of them did.

"Then get up b----." He said as he pulled her off the bed and forced her to the other end of the room.

Tessa fell, her broken leg unable to support her.

He handed her a crutch. "That was a stupid idea anyway, you only delayed your training a little." Ash said.

Tessa begrudgingly took the crutch and hauled herself up. A few weeks until her bones healed, probably. A lot could happen in a few weeks.
"I wasn't meaning to delay, I was meaning to eliminate," Tessa countered. -
"Eliminate, they could have killed you. Did you want to eliminate your life from this world?" He asked as he left the room with her in haul.
