Ross walked into the cafe and into the back, grabbing his apron and getting ready for work. He knows he shouldn't be here, especially after what happened last night, but he needed the money. He exhaled and started getting to work, taking orders and making people their coffees. -

Sae walked into the coffee shop and sat down at her usual table by the large window. She inhaled and smiled. She loved this place so much. Turning her head, she saw a person taking orders so she waited for him to come over to her. -

Ross dropped off an order at a table and walked over to a girl sitting down at that one table near the large window. He put on a smile and walked over, pulling out his notepad. ``Hello miss, what can I get you?`` -
"Um, I'll take an iced caramel macchiato please," Sae said to him with a small smile.

``Ooh, great choice,`` Ross said with a short chuckle as he wrote it down on the notepad. ``Your order will be ready soon. By the way, love your hair,`` he added before walking back behind the counter, getting the order ready.

Sae smiled. "Thanks," she said softly as the boy walked away to get her order ready. Smiling to herself, she thought, no one's ever complimented me on my hair before.
