"But can you? Imagine a better life without me" Alina wiped her tears and stood up

``No! I can't,`` Ross said, standing up with Alina. ``And even if I could, I'd much prefer having a life with you.``

"I'm sorry..." Alina started walking upstairs. "Talk to Chris. Maybe he'll figure it out." Alina got to her room and slammed the door.

Ross let out a shaky sigh, wiping his eyes. He stood up, going in search for Chris to talk to him.

Chris opened the door. "I'm back!" He threw his hat on the hanger along with his coat. He put his wallet, sunglasses and keys on the counter.

``Hey uh, Chris?`` Ross asked, looking over to him. ``Alina said that uh, you two were leaving?``

Chris walked over to Ross. "She told you? What did she say?"

``She uh, she said that I-I'd have a better life without h-her..`` Ross explained, tearing up again. He mentally cursed himself for crying, wiping his eyes. ``I-I don't want her t-to leave. Pl-Please get her to st-stay..``

Chris put his hand on Ross's shoulder smiling. "Boy, We have to go. It's better for our job and for you." Chris sat down on the couch. "What's your name again? Nevermind I'll just call you boy"

Ross rolled his eyes, crossing his arms. ``I won't let you take her away from me, even if she wants to leave,`` he said, staring down at Chris. ``Either she stays here with me or I'm coming with you two. I don't want to lose her again.``

Chris stood up. "Don't you be, using that language on me boy. Understand, we will leave if she wishes"

``Okay. Then I'm coming with you,`` Ross said, uncrossing his arms. ``I'm coming with you two, and you can't stop me.``

"But she can" Chris said pointing over at Alina.
"What happened?" Alina sat next to Chris -
``I'm going with you two and there's nothing you can do to stop me,`` Ross stated, resting his hands on his hips.
