"It's fine," Adrienne said. "Have you talked to your dad yet?"

``Yeah. He said there is like, a courting period, not that I really understand that. I mean, I know what it is,`` he said, putting his hands in hands in his pockets.

"So we get a period of time where we're dating and then we have the wedding?" Adrienne said, putting what he said into her own words.

``Yeah, pretty much,`` he replied, nodding.

"I'm really nervous about this," Adrienne admitted.

``Same,`` Callum added, chuckling awkwardly. ``Honestly never thought I'd be marrying someone at this young of an age.``

"I had no idea if I'd be marrying or not," Adrienne said. "Much less something like this."

Callum nodded, running a hand through his hair. ``So, is there anything you'd like to do? We could go hang out in my room or go out to the garden, whatever you'd like.``

"Those both sounds fun," Adrienne said.

Callum nodded and held out his hand to Adrienne. ``A walk through the garden sounds nice. Want to do that?``

She nodded. "Tiptoe through the tulips," she started singing

Callum smiled, listening to Adrienne sing as they walked out to the garden.

She climbed a random tree and hung upside down by her knees. She whipped back up when her shirt fell after she forgot to tuck it in. She quickly tucked it in, her face red, unsure of how much Callum had seen.

Callum, stared down at the floor, his face bright red. ``Jesus, sorry,`` he muttered. ``That does look like fun, though.`` He chuckled, looking around the garden for a moment.

"Yeah," Adrienne said, hanging on her knees again, making sure her shirt was tucked in.
