Alexei stormed down the hallway charging towards the kitchen at an alarming rate. He was not a patient man and even less of mild mannered one

(Does he have any siblings?)
Hensley saw a man in finer clothing than she had marching angrily down the corridor in her general direction. She quickly moved to the side to let him pass. -
(Like, if I remember right Norman is like his stepbrother or something?)

(he's not related to Norman in any way, but he does have a carefree younger brother named Jack)
Alexei saw a maid out of the corner of his eye. "Are you the one bringing the tea?" He asked angrily and loudly. He was highly annoyed whoever had the tea was so slow with preparing and bringing it to him -
(Alright, I couldn't remember)
Hensley blinked. Tea? Oh shoot! Tea!
"I - I'll go check on it, sir," she stammered. She wasn't used to being yelled at, but she supposed she'd better get used to it. She scrambled out of the prince's sight.
Back in the kitchen she was scolded for being so forgetful and now the tea was cold and a new pot had to be made. -
Alexei swore to give the kitchen another lecture tomorrow and went to his study to write a letter to no one

Hensley rushed back to the study with a pot of tea and cup and saucer and a few other things that taste good with tea things. "So sorry," she said as she set the tray down next to him,.

"Bout time, who told the kitchen they could be this slow." Alexei said adding a bit of honey into his teacup.

"It was - It was my fault, sir," Hensley admitted. "This is my first day here."

"I see. they didn't even show you around the castle?" Alexei asked. He'd always said they should Incase of emergencies like this but people tended not to listen

She shook her head. She was a little surprised at his sudden change of mood. Before he had been raving mad over a lack of tea, and now he seemed almost cordial

Alexei tapped his foot impatiently, waiting for an answer.

She realized he wanted a verbal response. "They didn't," she said.

"awful. You'd think they'd at least think of the idea in such a big palace." Alexei said. Pouring himself some tea.

"Um will there be anything else?" Hensley asked. She was slightly off-put by his sudden change of attitude.
