Jasmine bit her lip. "Well what do you want then?" she asked.

"I want you," he rasped in her ear. That wasn't entirely true, but she was very pretty and he wanted to feel some fear emanating from her.

"Excuse me, WHAT?!" Jasmine exclaimed.

Rowan smirked. "You heard me."

"What do you mean you want me? How so? Like as your wife?!"

"You'll find out soon enough," Rowan said, the smirk remaining on his face. -

"I'm not doing anything that includes a forced marriage." Jasmine said immediately. -
"Oh we'll see, we'll see," Rowan said, and said nothing more on the matter.

Jasmine sighed. "Please put me down." she said.

"Not until we get back," Rowan said. "You don't know your way around."

"I could just follow you." Jasmine said.

"And how do I trust that you won't try to run?" Rowan asked.

"Trying to run would do me badly." Jasmine pointed out.

"Finally you have learned your lesson," Rowan said. He set her down.
