She watched her, silently turning to see where she was aiming

Emerald shot. She smiled internally when it hit the creature. Then the girl clutched the squirrel in her right hand and bright it to her small fire. “Time to cook it,” she said.

Nixie trailed after her, eerily silent despite her size "and you use the fire to do that?

“Yep,” Emerald responded. She feels the work over the flames using the arrow and slowly turned it so that every side could cook evenly.

Nixie crouched down to watch, resting her arms on her knees

Finally, the squirrel finished cooking. “Do you want any?” She asked Nixie.

She shook her head "naaah

Emerald shrugged. "Ok," she replied, skinning the squirrel and taking a bite out of the cooked flesh.

Nixie lifted her head and looked around, drumming her fingers on her knee

After Emerald finished eating, she sat up and smiled. The mid-morning air was always calming. "So, what were you planning on doing here?" She asked Nixie.

"Oh, just explore mostly. This place is very new to me after all" sge said in amusment

“Cool,” Emerald replied.

"After that I want to rob a bank!"

A chuckled sounded from Emerald’s mouth. “Funny,” she said.
