Max was only a few feet behind her "Aster please slow down we need to talk." he said not sure if she'll listen or even heard him

"No!" she yelled. She didn't know.how he knew her name, but considering he knew where she lived he probably knew her name too.

"Please, I have to tell you something!" he said being a foot away from her "I don't want to hurt you!".

"Just get away from me!" she cried. She had no reason to trust that what he said was true. He had kidnapped her and torn her away from everything she held dearest.
Aster was beginning to get worn out from running. She had never been athletic, and this man obviously had. He soon overcame her. -
"Please, We Need to talk I know you don't trust I'm not telling you to, I just need to tell you something!"He said as he was running right next to her

She was surprised when he didn't grab her to make her stop running. She skidded to a stoo and backed away from him. Her breaths were deep and she had been crying while running. "Please," she sobbed, "Just let me go."

Max stopped Not sure what to do, said "I'm sorry I can't let you go, if you keep running that you'll just find a hole in the ground, I'm sorry that this is happening but you need to follow me."

Aster paused before asking, "What do you want?"

"I want you to follow me to that cabin, there's something I need to tell you in there it's not safe out here" He said hoping that she'll agree.

Aster wasn't sure what she should do. Should she find out what he wanted or run out of the forest. She took another step back.
Asteria screamed when suddenly the ground wasn't underneath her anymore. She was falling into a deep pit. -
Max saw Aster fall he reacted quickly and grabbed her by the arm before she was out of his reach "Are you okay?" he said as he tried to pull her up.

Aster used her feet to help get out of the pit. She was shaken. "Yeah..." she said.
