It was nighttime. Asteria looked out the window to the black night only to see a reflection of herself gazing back from the glare of the fanlight above her. She flopped herself down on the couch and popped in a movie. Her parents were out for the night and her younger brother was at a friend's house.

It was the Dead of Night and Max had pulled up to the house he was looking for, He had got outta the van, Put his mask on and walked up to the porch, he knocked on the door waiting for a response.

Before Aster was about to hit the Play button, she heard a knock on the door. She looked at the clock. Who could it be at this time of night? Not any one of her family members. Her parents would be out for another two hours and her brother was staying the night at his friend's house.
"Coming!" she called to the door as she got up from the couch with a sigh.
She opened the door to see a man in a mask. Why was he wearing a mask? She suddenly got a foreboding feeling.
"C-Can I help you?" she asked. -
Max didn't say a word, He pulled a mask out and pulled it over the girl's head, he wrapped his hand around her mouth and said "Shhhh, I don't want to hurt you, I just need you to come with me." He put her in the Van tied her hands, And started driving.

Asteria kicked van's door, trying to either get it open or hope someone heard her feet banging against it and didn't think it was just some object sliding around. There were tears trickling down her face. Her parents would return home to her missing and only a wide open front door to suggest what happened.

(Is it okay if you don't go vague so much? Like, before you didn't even let her get much of a reaction when he seized her and put the mask on, and for this one, is he at the place? You never mentioned them stopping or arriving or anything)
Aster's hair was a mess. Her face was tear-stained, and her eyes contained a mixture of anger, fear, distrust, and defiance. "How can I trust that you won't?" -
(Oh sorry I'm stupid)
He looked at the Girl and said "You don't have to trust me we are at the place you need to be, For now let's start walking shall we?" he said as he waited for her -
(It's okay, it just makes it harder to make responses when it's vague like that)
Instead of following the man that had just kidnapped her, Asteria ran. She wasn't the most athletic, but she didn't know if her life was in danger from this man or not, so she ran like the dickens. -
Max watched as the Girl ran away and slowly followed her saying to himself"Well it looks like we're going the long way then"

Aster ran as fast as her legs could carry her. She needed to get away from his she needed to get back home she needed to find a phone and call the police and call her parents.

Max decided to run to keep up with her so he didn't lose her, He sighed to himself saying This is gonna be like a game of Hide and Go seek isn't?".

She looked behind herself to see him quickly gaining on her.
Ugh WHY did they have to be in the middle of nowhere? -
Max shouted "Hey if you keep going that you'll fall into a hole" trying to catch up with her, He decided to run faster.

Asteria wished she had taken track when it had been offered to her. That way she would at least be able to stand a chance. He would catch up with her in no time.
