Toy Appearance: A still figure of an anime girl holding up a giant sword and posing dramatically. She has the clothing of a classic magical girl, and her hair is very long and pastel rainbow colored
Dark World Appearance: More desaturated. Her clothes are more armor-like and she resembles a knight instead of a magical girl.
Weapons: Her huge sword
Personality: Loyal, protective, headstrong, impulsive, act-first-think-second
Other: I don't know if the powers are a thing, but if so her sword emits a rainbow colored blast on a successful stab -

Weapons: She has a microphone that allows her to disguise her voice, sing really well, and let out sonic rings. It also hurts if she hits you with it.
Personality: Clever, hyper, unpredictable, brave, reckless, always ready to be the first to step up, or the first to run in. Her motto is: The instructions to any plan: Step one, make a plan. Step two, execute the plan. Step three, expect the plan to go terribly wrong. Step four, throw away the plan. Step five, if you can’t make a new plan, improvise.
Other: She is incredibly agile and has stretching powers (like Mr. Fantastic, Elastigirl, etc.) she’s not very strong but she’s great at skill, evading, out smarting, etc. She’s also great at making traps and coming up with ideas on the spot.
