Austin caught her gaze. "You don’t think something's wrong…" Abruptly, he trailed off. Gray storm clouds were forming overhead. Austin bit his lip and squeezed Amelia's hand reassuringly. "We've got to go," he said, and took off running with more speed than he knew he had.

Amelia followed looking up at the sky slightly as she ran along with Austin "So whats the cause of this?" she said in a slightly concerned voice

"I don’t know." For once, Austin looked scared, and his voice cracked. Swallowing nervously, he knew one thing for sure.
They were going to be lucky to get out of this alive. It was the worst storm that had happened in a long time. Trees were being torn down by the lightning. -
Amelia ran a little faster after a tree branch almost hit her

Austin wailed as lightning struck him. Electricity ran through his veins, and he shrieked in pain. It was a horrible sound. Thunder boomed, obviously proud of its lightning counterpart for striking down Austin.

She jumped slightly when Austin was struck, she didnt have time she kept running but as she did she felt guilt for leaving him

(For whatever reason, when they are reborn they don’t have parents, they just find themselves alone in a medium-sized house)
Blood ran dry and pooled into a red puddle on the ground. Austin eventually found himself reborn, shining light masking his vision. -
She kept running not seeing the tree about to fall. It fell on top of her. she got knocked out.
(best option do be the tree's) -
Austin gave himself a once-over. He no longer had the keen agility of an elf. He was now trapped in this bulky body. "Am I dead?" Austin wondered aloud. His voice echoed through the halls, but he got no response. Amazement showed on his face. He had been reborn as a human.

She woke up again in a diffrent place. a building, she looked around.

Dread filled him. If he had been reborn, he would just die again as a human, wouldn’t he?
Austin decided this was more of an elongated lifespan. He would be buried under a different name. Not Austin Leafspot. Something else, something different. Buried as a human, not an elf. The coin in his hand suddenly felt heavy. It was a penny. -
She thought for a second then decided she must have been reborn as a human

Austin paced around his room thoughtfully. Suddenly, a thought struck him. Was Amelia somewhere in this world as another human, waiting for him to find her?
