Captain hummed quietly in thought

"So what if I am?" He asked in response

she shrugged" doesn't really matter, if you don't want to share that's fine" she said, going back to her drawing

Captain tilted his head at her but shrugged

She finished her drawing and put her notebook in her bag, setting the bag aside. " so, is this where you live or are you just staying here for the time being?" She asked

Captain shrugged "yes" he replied simply

Yes to you actually living here or yes to staying here for the time being?" She said, somewhat confused

Captain looked mildly amused as he simply replied "yes" once again

She gave him an annoyed look" can you just, like, answer the question with more than just a yes?" She asked, crossing her arms

"Maybe" he said with a chuckle

She pouted slightly" why can you not just answer the question without being confusing" she said, crossing her arms

"Because this is much more interesting. And, I did give you a straight answer." Captain replied calmly
