Captain felt himself relax as the darkness closed in on him, before pausing when he sensed someone -
its ok)) lanaree stood up and walked farther into the forest. when she came across a cave with a lake infront of it, she sat down to draw

Captaim drew himself out of the shadows, rattling quietly as the weight that settled in his mind before he stood up and walked out of the cave

lanaree drew the scene infront of her, when she looked up, she saw a skeleton walk out of the cave. she knew she should be afraid, but she wasn't, instead, she drew him into the picture too

Captain noticed her and stared silently, waiting to see if she was a threat

she looked up from her drawing, meeting eye contact with the skeleton. she waved him over and pointed at her book
