Ethan looked at her. "Oh wow. I just thought that because, you know, I've been sitting here for the past ten minutes I would have seen if first. Now, if you're done being a sore loser, I'd go over to the other end of the park. I've heard it has a playground over there."

Crystal glared at him. "Are you stalking me? Because you're turning up everywhere I go." she snapped. -

"And I thought you were the one following me," Ethan said. "I told you, Princess, I don't do girlfriends." -
"And I don't do boyfriends, now be a man and let me take this side of the park."

"How on earth would that make me be a man," Ethan said. "And why are you so set on making everything I do wrong?"

"I'm not!" she exclaimed.

"Well, apparently me not doing exactly what you say is wrong," Ethan said. "Apparently I can't sit where I want, leave when I want, do what I want, because you're always there to tell me that I can't. I'm going to keep calling you Princess. You sure act like a spoiled one."

"I-." was all she said. She had no clue how to respond to that.

"And now if you don't mind," Ethan said as he propped his feet up on the bench. "I'm going to enjoy my half of the park."

"Fine, you enjoy your dumb half." she said, walking away from him. Crystal wasn't normally bitter like this, she just didn't like getting mixed up in the wrong crowd.

After awhile Ethan got a text from his mom to pick up a bag of beans for supper. He stood up and headed off to the grocery store.

Crystal had also needed to go to the store to get some rice.

In about fifteen minutes Ethan was the grocery store. He walked it, not bothering to grab a cart or a basket. Suddenly his phone dinged a few more times. He had to get a few more things besides rice, apparently.
