Mari nodded. "I see," she replied, and she was going to say more, but she could hear footsteps behind them. "I think it’s time to go," she told Liam, gesturing for him to get up.
-
Liam had a panicked look, jumping off swiftly and following Mari. He glanced back and heard faint voices. “Yep, time to go...” He whispered quickly.
-
Mari ducked behind a trash can. Strangely enough, she could hear gunshots. The last time she’d had an encounter with the police, they’d wanted her alive. Unless…
Oh, gods. Criminals. Real ones. Real criminals that would kill anyone who stood in their way—or this alleyway. Her heart skipped a beat. She wanted to call for Liam, but that would likely give away her position. Sucking in a breath, she dove behind a tree and found herself standing in a meadow. Grimly, she thought to herself, Not good. Nowhere to hide. But seeing as she didn’t have any other options besides staying here… -
*god >:( why u gotta do me liek that autocorrect, the second I turn you back on

Oof XD))
Liam crouched slightly, lightly running after Mari. The gunshots didn’t bother him as much, but his ears were ringing. He grunted and started to run faster and out into the open. Oh no... -
oops))
-
Is there going to be RoMaNc3~?))
Mari crouched behind a flower, grimacing. She was feeling weak. Glancing at her left arm, she saw something red.
It was blood.
Her vision was washed in red. She didn’t know a single thing about first aid. The world spun, and everything turned black.
In other words, the grass around her was now mostly red. -
WAIT, DID SHE GET SHOT?!))
-
Yes))
-
Oh DaMn-))
Liam ducked behind the tree nearby, staring at Mari in horror. He waited until the people disappeared into the alley again before launching over to Mari. “Oh god..” He whispered, picking her up and bringing her over to a more flat spot to examine the wound.
He kept mumbling to himself, knowing he couldn’t call 911 or they’d both be captured. Liam looked in his pockets for something to stop the bleeding. -
Mari slipped into a dream, but it wasn’t quite a dream. It was just black and red. It was all pain. It was definitely not a dream, but it wasn’t a nightmare either.
-
He found a towel-thing and quickly put it on the wound. Liam couldn’t tell if she was breathing or not, and it slightly scared him.
-
Mari eased into something calm as she felt the blood being stopped remotely. Her vision was still black, with only flecks of red pain.
-
Liam glanced around, making sure they were alone and that no one came back.
