Bliss sighed and held Sgrios under one arm. She got an ice pack and put it on his back. -
Sgrios clung to her, making a quiet rattling sound as he shook

She sighed and sat down on the couch. “We have got to find a way to get rid of the chains.” She said quietly.

Sgrios nodded in agreement, his tail loosly looping around her.

“Maybe if I read the ritual again it will get rid of the chains.” She said. Bliss dug around her pocket to try and find the paper.

"It might make it worse" he hissed out quietly

“Hm, good point. What if I read it in a certain way?” She asked.

Sgrios hesitated "can you hold it so i can look at it?

“Sure.” She said. She helped it in front of Sgrios.

Sgrios leaned closer to the book to read, sighing in relief when he noticed it was in a language he understood. "Ok, so i think the problem is that the ritual is incomplete. And because of that my magic is actively fighting the binding. Its also why i keep panicking around you" he said, looking at her

“So, I need to finish the ritual?” She said uncertainly.

He nodded, though he seemed uneasy about it "yeah, that should make the chains stop hurting me for no reason
