Kerala searched through the rain until she found it. A greenhouse full of lively plants. She fumbled for her keys in her pocket and unlocked it, pushing the door open.
-
"It's a lovely place," Seamus noted.
-
"It is, isn't it?" Kerala said, locking the doors after them. "I don't come here often anymore but it's a magnificent place, really."
-
Seamus sat down on a bench, examining a flower next to him. He looked up at Kerala. The way her eyes sparkled as she looked around the room, the carefree smile that adorned her face, the fluent movement of her body, he admired it all, it entranced him.
-
I thought you said that you weren't good at poetry >:0))
Kerala surveyed the lively sight in silent awe, before sitting down next time. She laughed lightly, tucking a piece of hair behind her ear. "It's been a long time since I've been here," she admitted, smiling rather sheepishly at Seamus. -
(I'm not)
Seamus smiled at her. I think the plants missed you," he said. -
Kerala giggled (and when I say giggled, I mean like a light girly laugh not eHeHeH). "You think so?" she said.
-
"They all brightened up when you came in," Seamus said. "More vibrant and lovely."
-
"Really now?" Kerala said curiously. "It's been ever so long since I've visited."
-
Seamus gazed around. "You drew me in here."
-
Kerala almost laughed. I literally drew you in here. "Yeah...it's the most beautiful place I can think of."
-
"It suits you," Seamus said quietly. Yes, he had just called Kerala beautiful. The words had just slipped out.
-
Kerala's cheeks turned pink. Hopefully he would dismiss it as being the warmth of the greenhouse.
"You're not so bad yourself," she said with a tinkling laugh. -
"Thanks to you," he said.
-
"Ah yes, I gave you rather," she flipped her hair dramatically, "dashing good looks. But your personality is all you. I...I like it."
