"Buckley stop!" she muttered as she pulled a pillow over her head

Buckley was unrelenting, but Sirlio finally managed to coax him off his head and walk alongside him. "Good kitty," he cooed, occasionally petting Buckley and giving him chin scratches every now and then.

She fell back asleep

Sirlio scolded Buckley and lifted him up. Cradling the black cat in his arms, he carefully made his way downstairs. "No waking up Calista," he told Buckley sternly.

Sirlio nabbed some cat treats from a cabinet and fed some to Buckley. He got bit a couple of times, but other than that, everything went fairly well. -

she got up and got dressed. -
Keen ears helped Sirlio to hear Calista coming down. He quickly stuffed the cat treats back in the cabinet and sleepily deposited Buckley on the couch.

she got to the bottom of the stairs "Good morning!" she said

"'Mornin'," Sirlio greeted her. He as well was still half-asleep, caught in the net between slumber and reality.

She went to make coffee

Surprisingly, Sirlio was still up for cuddling with Buckley.

"That cat really likes you" she said

"I guess he does." Sirlio had a way with animals.

she yawned slightly then said "I think he needed a friend anyways"
