"Go." Avron said with a sorrowful expression etched across his face, "I can’t hold your hand any further. You're on your own from here on out." He flew back up and closed the window. The cold air stung his uncovered face.

Yuri looked out in the dark night and shuddered. There was no way she was doing this by herself. She knocked on Avrons window.

Avron ignored her. He knew she was capable of flying back on her own. For good measure, he walked downstairs and locked the door. Go on now, what are you waiting for? he thought.

Yuri opened the window and climbed in. There was no way she was just going to sit out there.

Avron eventually tucked himself in and fell asleep.

Yuri stared at him the whole night. She just sat there in the darkness, staring at him with angry eyes.

Avron felt like someone was looking at him the whole time he slept. He was unnerved, but managed to stay asleep.

Yuri was furious. She kept poking Avrons eyelids and eventually sat on the bed.

Avron eventually got up, opened the door, and shut it behind him. Then, he groggily walked downstairs back to the table where the rest of his family was still feasting. This way, Yuri had two options: a) stay upstairs the whole night and b) get out the window, since she definitely couldn’t come downstairs without a costume. Besides, even if she did have a costume, everyone would see right through it and know her for what she was.

She rolled her eyes and sat on the bed. She was just going to have to wait until Avron got back.

If Yuri was still up there, Avron hoped she knew he wouldn’t be coming back. In fact, he had a good plan, although it might not be the most comfortable one.

Yuri was hanging upside down from the bed while she waited for Avron. She was getting impatient and started snooping around his room.

Avron heard commotion from upstairs, but he tried to not let it bother him. However, he still found himself wondering what Yuri was doing.

Yuri had looked through all of his drawers and books, but she found one book in particular intriguing. She had found a book that had Diary written all over it.

Avron finally came upstairs and saw Yuri peeking at a book. Without even glancing at the book, he beckoned for her to come into the closet so they could talk privately.
