Oddly, while Avron was sleeping, he got the sensation that every now and then, someone was touching his hair. He moaned in his sleep and rolled over.

Yuri eventually leaned too far on the bed and fell onto Avron. She let out a yelp as she landed on him.

Avron woke. He wasn’t surprised to find that Yuri was on top of him. Blushing, he realized the awkward situation and managed to find a way away from Yuri. Then, he glared at her and said, "I think we would both prefer to go back to sleep."

Yuri cocked her head. “But I’m not tired, how about I watch you sleep?” She offered, thinking it sounded good instead of creepy.

"That’s creepy," Avron told her, then settled in and started sleeping quietly.

Yuri frowned but lay down in the bed. She tossed and turned all night, but finally went to sleep.

Avron finally slid into a calm, melodic dream. He was in a grain field with flowers—were those poppies? It was prettier than anything he’d seen in a long while.

Yuri just slept.

The dream dissolved, and no nightmares came for him. Avron slept like a rock.

Yuri was ready in the morning. She had somehow managed to find a way to put on her demon costume.

Avron frowned and averted his eyes as she put it on. "You know, I can still tell you apart from a regular demon."

“But it’s not as bad as when I was just walking around as an angel.” She said.
