"Get Kendril," Adrian told Tessa and she ran off. He bent down and picked her up. He carried her to her room and laid her down on the bed.
Tessa came in with Kendril. "What happened?" he asked.
"Lucifer is in her mind," Adrian said. "She hates the lot of us." It hurt him to say that.
Kendril bent down next to her on the bed. "There's nothing we can do," he said. "We can only hope and pray it turns out." -
Jewel woke up and found herself in the dark room once more. “You can come out.” She called to Lucifer.

Lucifer appeared. "You never finished your sentence," he said.

“Maybe because I didn’t want to finish it. Now, what do you want?” She said in an annoyed tone.

"You did," Lucifer said, ignoring her question. "Those were some of your hidden emotions. I was just pushing them out."

“Those were not my emotions! I would never even THINK about those horrible things I said.” Jewel snapped.

"But they were," he said with a smirk. "Like I said, I was just pushing them out, revealing them to everyone."

“Then those are wrong. Everything I said about them was wrong! You don’t even know how bad I feel about saying those things!” Jewels said, blinking her tears away.

"Oh I do," he said. "I am Lucifer. I know every little bad thing you've done, said, thought, you can't hide any of it from me."

“I’m not upset with Adrian killing people, I’m upset with you! And Tessa, she is one of the best things that happened to the group. She keeps them in line.” Jewel said. She stood up and tried freezing Lucifer.

Lucifer flicked the ice away and chuckled. "You're pathetic," he said.

“Your right, but I’m not as pathetic as you are.” She said with a smirk.

"Oh?" Lucifer said. "How so?"

“You had to get Adrian to kill those people for you. Couldn’t you have done that by yourself? If your so high and mighty, just try to kill me! I bet you can’t, because your just a weak demon.” Jewel taunted.

"I have more important things to do than kill random people," Lucifer said. "And as for you, the only reason you're not dead is because I need you."
