When they finished eating Adrian started clearing away the table.

Jewel went up to Adrian. “Can I help you with the chores?” She asked.

"If you want to," Adrian answered as he stacked one plate on top of another.

Jewel started taking the glasses and silverware to the sink. “So, when can we get out of the sewer?” She asked.

"Not until after you find out everything you can do and you get training," Adrain answered. "I'm guessing there's got to be more than just ice."

“True, an ice queen most certainly won’t defeat Lucifer.” She mumbled as she put away the dishes.

"An ice queen won't, but you will," Adrian said, looking at her.

“Are you thinking about kissing me?” She asked with a raised eyebrow.

"I wasn't, but if you want me to I can," Adrian said with a little smile.

“Not if I do it first!” Jewel exclaimed as she made a mad dash towards Adrian and kissed him.

Adrian moved back a little on impact, But soon he had his arms wrapped around her and was kissing her back.

“A lot has happened today hasn’t it?” She said, laying her head on Adrians shoulder.
