I- they'd set the dog on him :c :o)
Delilah saw that boy from earlier. she decided to catch up to him, when she did she was only a little bit behind him. "hi" she said -
Michael turned around and started walking backwards to see who it was. "Oh hello," he said. "Are you the family that's moving in?" he asked. He thought for a moment. He could take his time in getting his aunt's errands done.
-
"Yeah" she said "im Delilah by the way" she said with a smile as she watched him walk backwards
i would have fell over if i walked backwards) -
(I can walk backwards just fine)
Michael slowed down a bit so that he didn't have to walk backwards. Instead he walked next to her. "I"m Michael." -
Im just clumsy XD)
"Nice too meet you!" she said with a smile. she looked at the neighborhood seemed nice. -
(I'm kind of clumsy)
"I'm just on my way to the store to get some tea," Michael said. "Lipton Peach Iced Tea. My aunt's addicted to the stuff. She literally sits on the couch all day with a bowl of it on the end table and a long straw to reach her mouth." -
she laughed a little. "my dads addicted to chocolate milk" she said. he thought Michael was pretty cool.
I almost fell down the stairs this morning) -
(Lol)
"Never liked chocolate mile," Michael said, making a face. -
"Yea neither do I" she said with a slight smile "Id rather water" she admitted
-
"Same here," Michael said. Soon enough they arrived at the store. "You coming in?"
-
"Yeah! Its not like I have anything else to do" she said
-
Michael held the door for Delilah, then walked in behind her. Suddenly the store erupted in whispers. Michael's keen hearing to pick out a few of the things they were saying. "Don't make eye contact...That girl is going to be dead within a week...Stay close, Peter..."
Michael didn't know how to stand up for himself. He had been friends with nearly everyone, but now no one trusted him. He had taken after his father, they knew, in both looks and personality, so now all they saw was his father. He looked around with a pained expression on his face. Without a word, he made his way to where the tea was. -
Delilah didnt ask about all the whispering and glares. She just followed Michael
-
Michael grabbed the amount of tea that would cost within ten dollars and headed for the checkout. "Hey, Sam," he mumbled to the cashier, handing her the money.
"Samantha, to you," she corrected with a glare. She gave him his change and the tea.
"Samantha," he whispered to himself. Now not even the friend he'd had since he was a toddler would speak to him. He walked out of the store quickly. -
Now Delilah was just curious "what was that about" she asked, still looking ahead
