Amanda just stood there while Rayna was going to report her but she hesitated so she just walked out to do her first task in admin when she saw Green's dead body when she pulled out her bulhorn and shouted "Emergency Meeting in cafeteria!" And Rayna ran to cafeteria that's when Amanda vented to cafeteria before anyone got there.
