Bio: when the car crash happened shards of glass cut so deeply into her eyes that she's blind now. she walks with on of those long canes.

Evelyn woke up a little later than usual that morning. She got up out of bed and changed from her pajamas to the outfit that had been set out for her the night before. She had the map of her room memorized. Everything was in the exact same spot every day so that she knew where everything was.
Today a few families were coming in to see who they wanted to adopt. She knew she probably wouldn't be chosen, but the heads of the place still wanted her there. The adopting families usually wanted the younger kids, or babies, and even if they did want a teenager, they wouldn't choose her. No one wanted a blind girl. She had two years until she would be able to leave. Everyone including her expected it to be that way. -
Noah sat in the back of the car, his father driving. His parents had told him just the day before what they were planning to do, they were going to try to adopt someone. He didnt know how to feel about it himself, he was alone growing up, no other siblings. He decided to distract himself during the ride by messing around on his phone and watch some videos on YouTube. He just hoped that whoever it was, that they would grt along. Hopefully.

Evelyn took her long cane and left her room. She knew where everything was, but while her bedroom was clean, one of the kids may have left one of their toys in the hallway, or something. She sat down in the rather large dining room and was given her breakfast. She ate the blandish food and got ready for the day.
