Yiren slammed open the door to the lunchroom and sat down a few seats away from Lillian. She stared at him from her seat

Lillian jumped sli8at the loud noise and felt hwr staring at him, causing him to fidget nervously

Kita watched Yiren as she made her dramatic entrance, as usual. She sighed. "Just ignore her," she said. "She just wants your attention."

Hey they don't know that yet!!))
Yiren hissed at Kita before starting to eat -
Hehe, but she does seem to want attention in general))
Kita ate her lunch. It was surprisingly pleasant for a school lunch, a burger with some scrawny potato wedges. -
Lillian just nodded and started munching on the potatos

Yiren ate furiously, eating with chopsticks even though the food was American.

Lillian pulled out his notebook to write whilehe ate

Kita crunched on a particularly crispy potato wedge and tilted her head curiously at Lillian.

Yiren couldn't wait till her perfect webcomic hero saved her from her boring average life

Lillian looked happy as he wrote, occasinally pausing to sketch something

Kita observed her art and tried to adjust the limbs somehow.

Yiren had already pegged who the villain and the hero of the story were, she'd also memorized her tragic backstory where her father dies in a car crash and her mother is the only one to take care of her. In reality her mother is also dead, but those details didn't matter to yiren

Lillian stopped and frowned, drumming his fingers on the table in thought
