The teacher, pretty much done with everyone and everything at this point, excused the class.
Kita gratefully snapped her textbook shut and headed for the door. -
Chad ran up to yiren. "Hey babe, wanna watch me play basketball then chug a gallon of Gatorade?" Chad said. "No Chad." Yiren said

Lillian picked up his notebook and moved to follow Kita

Kita was pleasantly surprised that Lillian was accompanying her. She had always liked Lillian, he was kind and thoughtful, and he didn't need words to make her feel special.

Yiren bonked Chad on the head
