Species: part dragon, part basilisk, and part human

Appearance: He has a long, scaly greenish-blue tail that ends at his waist and turns into a human male torso. On his back is a pair of huge greenish-blue wings that can fold in. His eyes petrify anyone when they look into them, so he wears special contacts to prevent that. His eyes are yellowish with green at the edges and oval-shaped pupils. He has a human head with blue and green horns on top of his head. His hair is dark black and his skin is very pale. He has long fangs poking out of the sides of his mouth and has longer and sharper nails than usual
Personality: Sly and sneaky, and very clever
Staying in lab or roaming the world?: Roaming, although he stays out of public places
Disability/Disorder?: He doesn't have a very good sense of smell
Bio: He was made at the lab by two scientists who used crocodile DNA and bat blood, along with snake DNA and a human egg. When he was 'born' he was very weak but was nursed back to health by the two scientists. He was raised by them for the first 5 years of his life until they were killed by guards after they tried to take him away for a better life. Since then he was beaten and forced to bite and petrify animals to demonstrate his killing capability.
