"I'm Robin," she said. She finished her tea and set the cup down. "Thank you."

Tamara held up one of the furs. "What kind of animal was this?"

Pire blinked "oh, that was a bear. It tried to eat me, so i ate it" he said simply

Robin was taken aback by that statement.

"Ah," Tamara said, putting it back. "That explains it."

"bears, up here they're much stronger than humans." Gerin said

Pire nodded at Tamara, poking at the soup with a spoon. "Are they? I didn't know that. I dont leave the mountans very much" he said to Gerin, moving to stand up

"yeah, it doesn't much matter right now though." Gerin said taking a gulp of tea

"Is that why the people in the town never noticed you?" Tamara said. "I should think that they would notice a big mons- I mean, gentleman like you around."

Robin had been suspicious of the same thing. That this person was a monster. It explained how he couldn't make a proper cup of tea.

Pire blinked at her, glancing down to make sure he was actually in his human form "im not that big. And no, they know about me. I like helping out the sheep farmers keep track of their flocks
