Solace picked the coconuts and clambered back down the tree, gasping in horror when he saw blood. He quickly dropped the coconuts and lifted her up, checking her wound. -
HEY HEY WE NEEDED SMTH INTERESTING))
SKMM is literally sleeping like a rock while shell shards are stuck in her scales. -
Solace carefully began to pull them out, inhaling sharply whenever he did so.

She lazily opened one eye. "What are you doing?" She mumbled tiredly.

"Nothing, just sleep," he murmured softly, giving her a light kith on her forehead as he pulled out the last one.

She yawned and flopped back over.

Solace wrapped her wounds, tying them up with leaves and lifting her up with a slight wheeze. She was pretty heavy.

She shifted, not yet back asleep. "Why am I not on the ground? Did the golden birds take me to the double rainbows? Huh I don't see the double rainbows anymore." She blinked tiredly a few times.

Solace chuckled. "I'm carrying you, silly! Although probably not for too long."

"Oh. Why are you carrying me? I think I can walk- wait- huh that leg kinda hurts." She said, suddenly a bit surprised.

"Yeah, you rolled onto a broken shell. Nothing that I couldn't fix!" he said brightly, handing her a coconut.

"Oh. Thank you." She said, still a little groggy from sleeping. "Yknow I haven't slept in a few thousand years." She began jabbing holes into the coconut. "I think I like doing things the normal way... especially with you."

Solace's tail wagged as he hugged her happily. "Me too. I don't think I've been this happy before."

She nuzzled him. "I love you."

Solace nuzzled her back. "I love you too."
