"Friends scattered in different places. For instance, I don't have friends in the Ice or Sky kingdom. They barely tolerate me, because SkyWings are grumpy and IceWings are pompous brats but whatever. Want to go find some sea turtles to look at?" She flashed in question.

Solace chuckled. "Sure."

She swam over, and led him behind a rock, and pointed behind them. "Blue sea turtles. Pretty rare, they're endangered."

"Wow," Solace said. "They're beautiful."

She nodded. A little blue one, a baby, swam over to Solace, making cute squeaking sounds. She tilted her head. "They usually don't come around dragons, but I think this one likes you."

"Really?" Solace said, petting the turtle. "She's cute."

The turtle gurgled a little, swam around, and handed him a pink-yellow shell. "Those things are smarter than I thought." She flashed.

"I think you're right," he flashed, taking the shell and patting the turtle's head. -
"Blue sea turtles are also rare because they can survive just fine without water, as well as high in the sky. They make good pets, but they don't usually get close enough." She explained.

"Have you ever had a blue sea turtle?" Solace flashed.

"Few times. When I summon them. I've never actually found one." She flashed. The turtle swam around him playfully.

"I like it here," Solace said with a flick of his tail.

She nodded. "You've said that. We can come more often."

"But I don't belong here," Solace said with a soft sadness. "Remember?"

She looked down. "Yeah... but you could still come every now and then. Hey, at least keep the turtle." The blue turtle swam up to his nose and sat on it, looking up at him.
