Summer looks at her bewildered. But she get out of her surprise quickly. “I’m also sixteen, or 1600 in Yokai.” She adds jokingly.

"that's interesting." Hina said. She wondered if the mortals knew yokai anymore. She'd seen plenty of beings that were powerful and mortal and they honored yokai. She wondered why humans didn't.

Summer looks towards the sky and sees a very beautiful range of oranges, pinks, purples and blues. Her eyes grew wide at the beauty. “Sunsets are beautiful, aren’t they?” She asks Hina.

"yes, they're the only part of my old life that remains." Hina said sorrowfully

Summer pauses for a moment and looks at Hina. She saw the sadness in her eyes. “I’m sorry you have to stay here instead of enjoy doing what you used to do...” Summer looks at her with a sad expression. She wanted her friend to be happy, but she had no idea what to do.

"it's fine I suppose, I get free food and I don't have to fight any yokai. Besides there's nothing me or you can do about it." Hina said. That was the truth, only the death god could release her.

Summer looks at the sky again. It was dark. “Well, looks like I have to go... I’ll see you tomorrow, Hina” Summer turns towards the woods and starts walking, But stops. Summer runs over to Hina and gives her a quick hug and runs into the woods.

Hina was shocked by the hug. Only a few bold priestesses have done that and a shady festival goer.

Summer had no idea why she did that. It was only a quick one, but it was still kinda weird, since they only met yesterday. But she shrugged it off and ran farther from the place and towards home.

Hina stared at the other priestesses as they requested that she stayed in the priestess quarters of the shrine. She preferred to sleep in her yokai form so she declined. -

Oof, um then it’s the afternoon the next day XD))
“Kiddos! Wait! You need to go back to your den!” Summer yells while the children run into the woods. ’These kids, I swear’ Summer thinks. She runs for the kids and stops them before they got lost. Summer gets them back to the den and looks at the sky. ’Time to go see Hina’.
