Spruce shook his head as he entered his den, grumpy. -

Emerald knew that this was a walk-away-cause-I'm-angry-and-don't-follow-me kind of situation with Spruce, but she still had to follow him cause they were clawmates and had the same sleeping cave. -
He sat down, raising his talons to watch as he made a small plant grow out from a small crack.

Emerald jumped back in surprise as Spruce suddenly halted. After a moment, she saw something moving in between the cracks of the tunnel. As she looked closer, she saw that he was growing a plant.

He had made a small apple tree. Slowly, he slithered closer before he took the apple between his talons. He then picked it before he ate it within one gulp.
