"BlazeClan," Ripplestar said. "We'll be leaving tomorrow morning, so you should rest. Help yourself to some prey, it's going to be a long journey."

"Alright, Thank you." She replied.

"No problem," Ripplestar said, curling up.
Birdflight leaned against Stagpelt, exhausted. He placed his head over hers, gazing at the stars with dark blue eyes that saw more than what was in front of him. -
Blueheart strode towards a small patch of moss under a nearby tree. She settled down into it, before falling into a shallow sleep, her sides heaving unsteadily.

Dawn arrived with the sun, which shone its pale, feeble gleam onto the cats below it.
Birdflight felt warmer than usual and very comfortable indeed. She opened her eyes and saw that she was curled up against Stagpelt. Embarrassed, she quickly got up and backed away, her cheeks tinged pink.
Angelwing and Sharpwit sitting together, along with a kit they had adopted. The fluffy orange kit had her amber eyes shut tight, curled up between her new parents.
Fintail smiled, welcoming the sun to their little makeshift camp. He could finally sleep. He played with Inkling's kit while she padded over to Ripplestar and spoke with him. -
Blueheart yawned, stretching her legs. She still felt the hot, fiery breath of the fire which had caused her wounds, but she certainly was getting better.
Thorn hooked a branch onto the sap, along with a few berries stuck in cobwebs at the bottom. He stuffed the syrup with some deathberries, which he had found nearby. Hoping he could catch something, he patiently stood still, before padding a long distance away. -
Stagpelt opened his eyes slowly. His tail curled around air, causing him to stand up and glance around. He had fallen asleep next to Birdflight. Her soft scent of herbs still lingered.
Birdflight distributed the traveling herbs, before hearing pawsteps behind her. Mistykit was padding after her. "Can I be your apprentice?" she said breathlessly. "I've always wanted to be a medicine cat."
"I'm not a medicine cat, but I'll ask Ripplestar," Birdflight said kindly. "Run along now."
Mistykit bounded off to tell her father, her tail lifted high. -
Suddenly, he heard a soft snap. He tossed his attention back to his trap, pleased. He padded towards the dead rabbit, his mouth watering.

Inkling padded over to Fintail. "Hey, Finpa- I mean, Fintail? I'll stay to help you guys, but I'm leaving after."
Fintail looked sad. "But...why?"
"Because I'm a rogue, and rogues don't belong in clans," Inkling said. "There's no point in staying any longer. What's the point of getting attached only to leave?"
Fintail twined tails with Inkling and touched his forehead to hers. "You could stay," he said. "Here, with me." -
Thorn gingerly pulled the rabbit out of the sap. It was still alive, for sure. With one swift movement, he snapped its neck.

"Would it be okay? I want to be with you...but I worry that they'll say no," Inkling said softly.
"I don't care if they say no. I won't leave you," Fintail said. "I love you."
Tears shone in Inkling's eyes. "I love you too." -

He gratefully dug into the tender flesh, embracing the refreshing, delicious taste of the savory meat. -
FINKLING LES GO))
Fintail touched his muzzle to hers for just a moment, before pulling away. They were both purring, happier than they'd ever been before. -
He suddenly heard a distant noise. He tensed his muscles, aware of his surroundings.

The black kit wandered over to them. Fintail rasped his tongue over Inkling's ear and smiled. "I'll speak to Ripplestar. Why don't you get something to eat?"
