"I, Ripplestar, leader of BlazeClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. They have trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend them to you as a warrior in their turn. Mintpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?" Ripplestar said.

Thorn bit at a large peace of bark, gagging as the sticky sap caught on his tongue. "This'll do," He mumbled, setting it down in the middle of the bramble clearing where the lighting stood firm.

Mintpaw shivered. This is what she had always hoped for. The day she would become a full member of the clan, instead of having to clean the elders' den. She could smell the burnt smoke that still hung in the air. This was the day she had wanted, but she didn't want the fires. So why was she becoming a warrior on this chaotic day? It was because she was ready, because she had trained all her life for this moment. This very moment.
"I do." she said proudly. -
"Who are they? The cats from before?" Moon asks the cat carrying her.

"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Mintpaw, from this moment on you will be known as Mintpool. StarClan honors your wit and bravery and we welcome you as a full warrior of BlazeClan."
Ripplestar touched his muzzle to the top of the newest warrior's head. -
If you don't like the name, tell me! I accidentally put the wrong virtues in, so I'm gonna redo the thing.))

Mintpool licked Ripplestar's shoulder respectfully, and stepped back. "Mintpool! Mintpool!" The cats chanted around the blazing lake. -
"Mintpool! Mintpool!" Fintail, Angelwing, and Sharpwit chanted. Fintail bounded over to congratulate her as Ripplestar yowled the next name.
"Sandpaw!" -
Sandpaw stepped forward, a broad smile stretching across her face.
Mintpool nodded to her denmate Sandpaw, and walked up to Fintail. "Congrats!" she meowed, "It's so exciting to be a warrior." -
Fintail smiled. "Imagine getting an apprentice! It'd be a dream."

He limped swiftly away, expecting good prey from the well-spent trap. His breathing came out in short puffs as he heard numerous numbers of cats yowling in the distance with pride. Clans, He thought, irritated.

Ripplestar touched his muzzle against Sandstrike's head, with a touch of pride. He had seen great potential in her, and she was finally becoming a warrior.
