Your character will have a chance to join either the Rebellion or the Rebel Hunters (I don't have a good name for them yet, we'll develop it as the RP goes along). So keep that in mind!
I've had a few people express interest but can't join right now, so I'd like to say this here too: If you want a character that has already chosen a side and is a part of one of the two organizations already, you can totally do that. That means you wouldn't have to RP through the party, you'd join in during the first team meeting scene.

Name: Vesper Silverwright
Gender: Doesn’t really identify with any specific gender.
Sexuality: Doesn’t care as long as the object of their interests has modifications.
Age: 24
Species: Human,
Appearance: They stand at 5 feet tall and weigh 121 pounds. They have green eyes and black hair, are very pale. Have purple highlights in their hair.
Personality: They are sickly sweet and perhaps a little eccentric. Vesper is always talking about the latest conspiracy theories. They love to hit the social scenes- going to clubs, bar hopping, etc.
Brief history: Vesper was born into a poor family but was sold by their family into slavery at the age of 9. Vesper found themselves in the possession of an elite who tested modification technologies on the children they bought.
Weapons/Gadgets: Vesper prefers to stay hidden, as they dislike the chance of being shot or arrested. Vesper carries EMP Grenades to temporarily stun other people with modifications, disable cameras. Vesper carries a small pistol with one bullet in it in case things go wrong.
Enhancements/Modifiers: Has an augmentation that can make them self appear invisible-yet they are not completely invisible. The general shape of their body can still be seen. This augmentation tears their skin every time it is used and causes a lot of pain as its made by a layer of glass that raises out of their skin. -

Appearance:
Brief History: Echo’s father is a member of the elite. His wife died when his child was incredibly young, and later his child died of the same illness. He didn’t want to run the risk of a child who could die, and so to replace his deceased daughter, he had Echo commissioned.
Shortly after her creation an accident caused Echo to loose an arm, and scuff her paint. While she was repaired, her father freaked out and imprisoned his daughter in their house. She had everything she wanted, but was never given freedom.
Weapons/Gadgets: a megaphone gone that emits soundwaves, and a robotic dog companion ( Doberman)
Enhancements/Modifiers: She’s an android so a lot more endurant and physically capable than a human.
Other: Being locked up her whole life has left her very naive
