"He's not gone yet," Ren said. "And besides, he's not your only friend."

Arabella blushed. “What do you mean?” She asked without looking back at him.

"Are you really going to make me say it?" Ren said.

“Maybe.” Arabella smiled.

Ren sighed. "Fine. I'm your friend too."

Arabella smiled. “Well, look who’s finally softened.” She giggled, stopping in her tracks and staring over at him.

"I don't know what you're talking about," he said, his cheeks turning red.

Arabella elbowed him. “Oh c’mon, admit it. Your just a biiiiiig softie.” She joked.

"I'm not a softie!" Ren retorted.

Arabella stuck out her tongue. “Sure ya aren’t.” She laughed as she started to keep walking back.

Ren heard a beeping on his wristwatch. "Look, I've got to go," he said. "I'll see you around?"

Arabella nodded a goodbye before she kept walking. Things seemed off about Ren but she thought that she could just look past them and be fine. Arabella also wondered how Ios was after she had seen him.

Ren went to HQ, where his boss was waiting. "I didn't see any robots," Ren lied. "If they were around, they were wise enough to stay away."

Arabella returned home only to find it surrounded by government personnels. “Can i help you?” She asked one lady who was standing at the door. “Yes.” She said. “We’ve received vital information that you ignite be hiding runaway robots in your home. Arabella’s eyes widened. “I promise you, I’ve done no such thing.” She said.

Ren's boss watched him for a while before nodding. "Okay. I'll let you off this time. But we need those things back, and we need them now!"
