Brief history: Effie grew up working for a man deliver various 'items' across different places, since her father had died while in debt to him. He did help give you and your mother food and a decent place to sleep, after all. Though, it wasnt the best. After she got the debt paid for, she has continued to work for him. It was the best thing she knew how to do after all, what she had done for most of her life. So the best way to provide for her and her mother, even if it wasnt exactly the best of pay.

She found him half dead down an alley one day, she managed to get him somewhere where they managed to keep him alive with robotic parts. (Couldnt find a good picture- 😔) -

Brief History: Works under the table for a local tech company. Gets a bunch of free tech and spare parts in addition to monetary payment. This tech company is his primary source of communication with the underground network.
Weapons/Gadgets: "Mini-computer"; about the size of your average smartphone, but thin like paper. Has access to endless amounts of databases and websites. Can show holographic images from a small lens. Strong stereo. Highly illegal.
Enhancements/Modifiers: Robotic left leg; it is made of durable metal, but is lightweight and relatively easy to handle. Has no special features. Faux right eye; looks extremely real, but is actually fake. Has a few features, including: x-ray scanning, enhanced sight, night vision, and a link to his "mini computer" (this means that if he scans an object with his eye, it will give him information about said object). The eye is a beta product, though, and is constantly in need of repairs/alterations.
Other: Wears fake glasses ( to keep people from staring at his faux eye.

Brief History: Works as a (semi-legal) mercenary. Spends all of her earnings on weapons; huge weapon fanatic. Lives in a small, cramped apartment space in the slums. Constantly getting in trouble.
Weapons/Gadgets: "Baby"; a high-tech bracelet that turns into a large gauntlet that covers her entire arm up to her shoulder. Made of the city's strongest metals. There is an circular orb in the palm that can shoot out laser beams. Secret compartments are located on either side of her wrist; these two compartments hold mini rockets that deal quite a bit of explosive damage. The only downside to Baby is that some of its paint is peeling off, and Lorrie is too broke to repaint it. Additionally, the rockets are limited in quantity and are rather expensive to replace. "Ranger"; a high-tech rifle ( that can be conveniently turned into a small cube-shaped keychain. Has two different settings: laser beams and plasma balls. Hard to handle, but highly destructive if it actually hits something. Also carries a few basic daggers and an extremely old pistol (
Other: Has a slight British accent. Most noticeable when she is angry or upset. -

Brief History: Huge government sympathizer; grew up wanting to join the military force, but parents always put him down and said he'd never be physically capable enough. Worked under the table throughout his childhood to afford mechanical enhancements to improve his health and strength.
Weapons/Gadgets: N/A (yet)
Enhancements/Modifiers: Half mechanical heart. He can stop breathing for an extended duration of time without a problem. Cyborg arm and leg. Very basic in nature, but made of durable metal.
Other: Got his canines sharpened for the heck of it. 10/10 will bite if provoked. -
Name: Emilyse Vogel

Appearance:
Brief History: Emilyse is the daughter of Aldon and Maeci Vogel. Maeci Vogel is an elite, rich and influential thanks to her family's business of animal ai personal assistants, or Aapa. Aldon Vogel is an explorer who contracted a disease on one of the planets he visited, that turned his blood blue. It was named Vogel's disease, and subsequently Emil got it from him.
She's always hated how her mom wants everything to be perfect, and she hates her responsibility as the heiress to the company, and has always wanted to explore like her father. She's seen firsthand how messes up her mom's practices are and doesn t want any part of it.
Weapons/Gadgets: She has the newest model of Aapa, a white snake that is constantly coiled around her neck. It's A hyper realistic white snake that's actually a robot and a personal assistant with many capabilities. She also has a pair of gloves that allow her to make barriers of light.
Enhancements/Modifiers: Due to a medical emergency relating to her disease, she lost both her legs all the way up, so those has to be completely replaced and are robotic. She also had some cosmetic surgery that includes her wings, which are made of the same energy as her barriers.
Other: Despite advancements in medicine, there is no cure for her disease, and the full effect on her is unknown, but her blood does have more of a habit of clotting, which is what caused her to lose her legs. -

Brief History: Her family was well off, and as a young child her parents and herself were attacked. They died, while she survived, albeit she had been hospitalized for a while with severe burns from the explosion. After recovering, she dedicated herself to working for the government, hunting down rebels.
Weapons/Gadgets: She carries multiple knives on her person, but she does have an outdated Aapa, a parakeet that she treasures, that belonged to her mother.
Enhancements/Modifiers: A good portion of her skin isn't real, and in the process of repairing herself she had a lot of enhancements made, giving her an enhanced strength and endurance. Her new skin is fireproof, as well. She has an ability to teleport that was more of a prototype than a final product, and each time she uses it, it damages her internal organs. Finally, they have the ability to generate electricity internally that can be used through their hands for a range of abilities from stunning someone to stopping their heart, but the recharge can take forever.
Other: She's very good at acting innocent and soft, but it's all mostly a facade. -

Appearance: Long wavy brown hair, one electric blue robotic eye, which can read heartbeat, breathing rate, and multiple other things which she uses to single out liars, one normal brown eyes, light brown skin, one robotic arm, which is powerful but unfortunately can rust easily.
Brief History: She lived a happy life until one day, her partner never returned. She searched for him and found his mangled body next to two robotic beasts, with a government seal on their legs. They mauled her and as a result, she was taken to the hospital and had several body parts replaced.
Weapons/Gadgets: Her eye, two blue tazer swords, and a simple pistol.
Enhancements/Modifiers: Her eye and her arm, as well as a lot of her skin, muscle, and bones.
Other: She overrode the circuits of a robotic beast and it is now her faithful companion, dubbed as Stiz. -
