Confusion flickered across(:P) his face and he looked at her, frowning "what are you talking avout

"It doesn't matter," Akka replied. "Not where we're going."

Cross stopped and looked at her. "Tell me.

"Well no one's born evil," Akka said. "They're made. Brainwashed to fit into a life that might never have suited them."

Cross stared at her for several seconds, not seeming to understand before he turned and continued walking

Akka sighed, looking at the ground. What was she thinking? She was a fool to try and reason to a hunter. She unleashed her anger onto a pebble, which soared through the air before skidding against the ground.

Cross shot her a dark look when she sent the pebble flying but stayed silent as they aproached the village

Akka felt helpless. She could have fought him off, right? He'd been weakened from the chase, and he'd been alone. She almost wished she had died fighting.

Nala was meanwhile trying desperately to heal the child attacked by the mythril hunters

Cross glanced at her again as he stopped to figure out where the other hunters were, his red eye glowing as he used his soul sense. He stopped after a few seconds, hissing in pain as he held his eye before he continued walking

Akka was about to ask him if he was alright when she caught herself. "I never said how far I'd go peacefully, you know," Akka commented.

Magic crackled through the air around Cross for a moment as he turned to look at her, his good eye nerrowing at her. "If your going to fight then you'd best get it over with" he hissed

Nala let out the hugest burst of healing power she'd ever tried before, it ran through the forest regenerating trees and improving soil quality, but she still couldn't heal the child.

Akka shrugged her feline shoulders nonchalantly. "I don't feel like it yet. It's not everyday I get an escort through the woods."
