"Before you tell me about it, could I get you both something to drink?" she inquired.
Ardis was craving a creamy and sweet cup of coffee, and the woman was happy to oblige her.
Ardis breathed in the sweet scent of the drink as she wrapped her fingers around the warm mug. -
Phen shook his head at the question, looking around curiously

The woman sat down before them again with a mug of tea. "Please proceed," she said. "What is it you two found?

Phen looked uneasy as his tail twitched, looking at Ardis

Ardis sipped the coffee. "We found out the real reason the kingdoms have been fighting in an underground cave. Unfortunately...it was destroyed. We want to end the war."

Phen was starting to get a little twitchy

"A war is not so easily ended," the woman said.
"That's why I was going to ask if you'd talk to the king," Ardis blurted out. "Please! It would save lives."
"I will, in return for something," the woman said. -
"What is it that you want."

"My daughter," the woman said. "She is in the Underworld. I would like you to retrieve her."
"But isn't ending a war good enough for you?" Ardis said.
"You two are the only way I will get my daughter back," the woman said, her eyes shining. "Please."
Ardis turned to Phen to hear his opinion. -
Phen frowned in thought "how would we do that.

"Travel to the Underworld," the woman said simply, sliding a strange coin across the table. "When you find Death, give him this."
